Numerous engraved portraits throughout text, contemporary ownership inscription to front blank, lacking title, p. 129 with large tear affecting text, preliminary leaves frayed to margins with loss (occasionally touching text), a few other leaves with large tears affecting text, modern tan quarter calf gilt, extremities slightly rubbed.
